Genesis Leader
Genesis Leader Training: Empowering Christian Adults
Multipli’s Genesis Leader is a transformative, in-depth online training designed to equip emerging Christian leaders with the tools, confidence, and spiritual foundation to create a community with believers and unbelievers wherever they live. With a strong emphasis on real-world application, participants are empowered to step confidently into leadership roles that advance the message of Jesus and create impactful, disciple-making movements.
What to Expect:
- The training is 9 months of online formalized learning to start, lead, and multiply a community and shape a lifetime of discipleship habits.
- You’ll learn with a community of like-minded people through on-demand teaching and 75 minutes of live Zoom video coaching per week, with additional time intentionally spent in existing and new relationships.
- You’ll get weekly touchpoints via email for encouragement, announcements, and other information.
- You’ll gain the tools to help engage in relationships, lead with influence, navigate our changing culture, and develop the ability to see where God is at work in your life.
Awaken
Multipli’s Awaken Training is a dynamic 4-week online program designed to ignite and equip believers to share Jesus daily. This training introduces Christians to the three essentials of sharing Jesus.
Week 1: Discover the Essentials
Begin your journey with an overview of the 3 Essentials for Sharing Jesus in a relational way. You’ll receive a practical tool and an assignment to help you take your first step.
Week 2: Embrace Your Responsibility
Dive deeper into the importance of your role in sharing the Gospel. Learn how to identify and overcome the barriers that may hold you back.
Week 3: Step into Permission
Recognize the Permission you already have to boldly step out in faith. Explore ways to take action with confidence and authenticity.
Week 4: Create Access
Discover how to open your life to provide Access for others to encounter Jesus. Learn practical ways to make your faith visible and inviting.

Who should participate?
Jesus never meant for the formal church to be the only ones to share Jesus and make disciples. We believe that God’s mission of going and making disciples can be led by ALL of His people. If you:
