Prepare your church to
live ready to share Jesus.
〉〉
You want the everyday Christians in your church to live on mission beyond Sunday.
But for many, fear gets in the way. And as a Church leader, it’s impossible to get to the heart of what is holding each and every person back.
Awaken Onsite
is an in-person training hosted at your church that helps people identify what is holding them back, grow in confidence, and start sharing Jesus in everyday life.
Participants will:
• Name the fears or barriers keeping them from talking about Jesus
• See how Jesus modeled a life of intentional, integrated relationships
• Gain courage, practice, and accountability to take the next step

Frequently Asked Questions
Awaken Onsite is for any believer who has a heart for the lost in their community, neighborhood, friendships, or family.
The training works best with at least 25 participants to create strong group energy and meaningful conversation. Because the training is highly interactive and facilitation-based, it can easily accommodate larger groups as well.
Churches are also welcome to invite neighboring churches and people from the surrounding community.
Session days and times are flexible based on your church’s schedule and needs.
Most Awaken Onsites begin on Friday from 5:00–7:00 p.m. at the church, followed by an optional happy hour at a local restaurant or brewhouse. This informal evening gathering is a meaningful part of the experience, creating space for people to share stories of where God is already at work in their church and in their lives. It helps make the training feel more personal and relational.
The training typically continues on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 or 1:00 p.m., depending on your church’s needs. Churches typically provide coffee and light refreshments.
Awaken Onsite works best in a space designed for conversation, such as a fellowship hall or other large room with round tables. Churches should also plan to provide a whiteboard, Bibles, and a screen for the PowerPoint presentation.
Awaken Onsites are available anywhere in the U.S.
Once you schedule an initial conversation, our team will work with you to choose a date and walk through everything you need to prepare for your Awaken Onsite. We will send you a preparation document outlining all the key details. Some churches choose to appoint a point person other than the pastor or church leader to help coordinate the details.
You’ll also receive a digital promotional pack to help you invite your church to participate. You are welcome to print and use the materials as needed.
An Awaken Onsite costs $2,500 total, with all expenses included. This covers travel, training materials, and other related costs.
We want Awaken Onsite to be accessible for churches of all sizes, and we never want cost to be the reason a church cannot participate. If finances are a barrier, please let us know. Scholarship support may be available.
