Most of us already know the reality:
Over 90% of Christians don’t feel equipped to share their faith in everyday life.
At the same time, nearly 3 out of 4 Americans say they’re open to deeper spiritual conversations.
That’s a gap.
A big one.
And the reason isn’t hard to find—very few people have ever been trained to share the Good News in natural, relational ways.
But there’s another gap that weighs heavily on me.
According to Barna, 92% of pastors believe training people to share the Gospel is critical, yet only 9% say they have a clear plan to do it.

He has a deep conviction! There has to be more to following Jesus than Sunday worship and then disconnecting Him from Monday through Saturday.
